Service Options
Airport Pickup Service
We pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel or destination in Beijing.
Airport Drop-Off Service
We pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport for your departing flight.
Train Station Pickup Service
We pick you up from the train station and transfer you to your hotel or destination.
Train Station Drop-Off Service
We pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the train station for departure.
Free Transfer When Joining Our Wellness Tours
Airport or train station transfer service can be complimentary when directly connected with a SpaBeijing wellness tour on the same day.
Examples of Complimentary Transfer
Arrival + Tour Same Day
We pick you up from the airport or train station, begin your wellness tour directly, and then return you to your hotel after touring.
OR
You arrive in Beijing, go to your hotel first for a short rest, and continue the wellness tour later on the same day.
In these cases, the transfer is included as part of the wellness tour service.
Departure + Tour Same Day
On your final day in Beijing:
- You check out from the hotel
- We pick you up with luggage
- Continue your wellness tour during the day
- Then directly transfer you to the airport or train station afterward
In this situation, the drop-off transfer is included with the tour.
Separate-Day Transfers Require Booking
If airport/train station transfer and touring take place on different days, transfer service charges apply and this product must be booked separately.
Example
- Day 1: Airport pickup to hotel only
- Day 2: Wellness tour
This is considered separate service scheduling and requires booking this transfer product.
The same rule applies for departure transfers on separate days.
Complimentary Waiting Time
Airport Pickup
- Complimentary waiting time: up to 75 minutes after actual flight landing time
Train Station Pickup
- Complimentary waiting time: up to 30 minutes after actual train arrival time
Additional waiting charges may apply after the complimentary waiting period.
