All of our massage and spa services are provided by scheduled appointment only.
Once a booking is confirmed, we immediately arrange a therapist, transportation, scheduling, and service preparation specifically for your appointment time.
Because our therapists work on reserved schedules, your booking may prevent them from accepting other appointments during that period.
For this reason, advance payment is required to confirm reservations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If Our Therapist Does Not Arrive

If our therapist fails to arrive for your confirmed appointment without a proper replacement or explanation, we will provide a full refund of your payment.

Guest Cancellation Policy
Because therapists are scheduled in advance and reserve time specifically for your appointment, cancellations after booking may not be eligible for a full refund.
For last-minute cancellations, partial or no refund may apply depending on the scheduling, transportation arrangements, and preparation already completed.

Please note that therapist availability may occasionally change due to scheduling or transportation conditions. If necessary, we may arrange another suitable therapist with similar experience and service quality.
